There is an old saying that says "the toughest workout you can do is someone elses". We offer training for people of all ages, sizes, and ability levels. The program will progress at your pace. We will challenge you to go beyond your precieved threshold, but we will do so in a safe manner
Our program will be designed specifically for you. If you do not enjoy it you will not come back and you will not get the results you want. That being said we will use every available method at our disposal to help you. The only way we'll not do something is if it's a safety or health concern. If you have an injury we will modify the exercise to accomadate you.
We have a variety of unconventional equipment that will challenge you in all sorts of new ways. Battling ropes, tire work, sledgehammers, sandbags, boxing/kickboxing and grappling drills, sparring (for those interested), and more. You will never be bored, guaranteed.
Absolutely. We will determine your daily caloric needs and develop a diet plan for you. We also offer advice on supplements that will assist you in reaching your goal. The plan will change as your progress through the system.
Yes. I am currently in training to become an offical instructor of Krav Maga Worldwide, the worlds top organization for teaching Israeli self-defense. I can teach you how to handle yourself in nearly any attack you may encounter. You can never be 100% safe in the real world, but our goal is to give you the skills and confidence to keep you from being the victim any longer.
